01Accepting these terms
By signing up, dropping a deck, or using any part of Craise, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
02Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe. We use bcrypt + rate-limiting; you're the second line.
- One human, one account. Don't share credentials — invite teammates instead.
- You must be 18+ to sign up. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
- Tell us within 24 hours if you suspect an unauthorised login: security@pitched.vc.
03Plans & billing
Craise is free to start. Paid plans unlock higher upload limits, advanced analytics, white-labelling, and priority support.
- Billing cycle — monthly or annual, charged in advance.
- Trial — 14 days on Pro, no credit card required.
- Refunds — full refund within 14 days of first payment, no questions. Annual plans pro-rated after that.
- Taxes — exclusive of GST/VAT unless your invoice states otherwise.
- Price changes — 30 days' email notice. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
04Your content
Decks, financial models, pitch pages, founder photos, data-room documents — you own all of it. We get a limited licence to host, process, and display it so the product can do its job: parse the deck, build the live page, show it to investors you share with.
That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
05AI-generated output
Craise uses AI to extract and refine your content. The output is yours to use freely — we make no claim on it. But:
- AI can hallucinate. Review every number, claim, and competitor before sending to an investor.
- You're responsible for what you publish. We're a tool, not an author.
- If AI accidentally generates something that infringes a third-party IP right, tell us and we'll take it down within 24 hours.
06Acceptable use
Don't use Craise to:
- Misrepresent a company you don't represent.
- Defame, harass, or harm anyone.
- Distribute malware, run phishing, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from our code.
- Violate any law where you or your investors are located.
We'll suspend accounts that do. Egregious violations get reported.
07Our IP
The Craise name, logo, brand assets, source code, designs, AI prompts, and underlying infrastructure are ours. You get a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product. Nothing in these terms transfers IP from us to you (and vice versa for your content).
08Availability & changes
We target 99.9% uptime. We'll publish status, schedule maintenance with notice, and post-mortem any incident that takes us below it.
We're a growing product — features will change, get better, occasionally get retired. We'll give 30 days' notice before retiring anything you actively use, and provide an export path.
09Term & termination
You can leave any time. Cancel from settings; your account stays read-only until the end of your billing cycle, then your data is purged within 30 days.
We can terminate for cause (acceptable-use violation, non-payment after 30 days, legal compulsion) with notice where reasonable. We'll give you 14 days to export your data before deletion in most cases.
10Warranties & liability
Craise is provided "as is". We make no warranty about fitness for a particular purpose, including that you'll raise a round. Fundraising outcomes depend on your business, your team, your timing — we're a sharp tool, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
None of this limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything law forbids us from disclaiming.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute goes to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Nothing here stops either of us from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a competent court.
