01Overview
Craise is a software subscription operated by Craise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (in India) and our card processor (internationally). This policy explains how to cancel, when you're eligible for a refund, and how quickly money comes back to you.
It applies to all paid Craise plans and add-ons. By subscribing, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Use.
02Free plan & trial
Craise is free to start — you can build and publish without paying anything, so you can try the product before you ever spend a rupee. Paid plans are optional upgrades for higher limits, advanced analytics, and white-labelling.
Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — full access, nothing charged until it ends. This is your risk-free window: use the whole product, decide, and cancel before the trial ends to pay nothing. Because you can evaluate everything for free first, we don't run a separate money-back guarantee.
03Cancelling your plan
You can cancel any time, no phone calls, no retention hoops.
- Go to Settings → Billing in your workspace and choose Cancel plan; or
- Email info@craise.ai from your account email and we'll cancel for you within one business day.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle — you keep what you've paid for. After that it reverts to the free plan; we don't auto-charge you again. Your data stays accessible on the free plan, and you can export it any time.
04Refund eligibility
Once a paid monthly cycle has started it is non-refundable. Craise delivers AI-generated work and consumable usage the moment your plan is active, so a started month can't be returned. You can cancel any time to stop the next charge, and you keep full access until the end of the cycle you've paid for — we don't pro-rate or refund part-used months.
We always make these right, regardless of the above:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — billed twice, or charged after you cancelled.
- Failed activation — a payment that didn't actually start your plan.
- Material service failure — if Craise is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us and we'll make it right with a credit or refund.
For any of the above, email info@craise.ai from your account email with your workspace name and the payment date. We respond within 2 business days.
05How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay (or the original card network). You don't need to share any new payment details.
- We initiate the refund within 2 business days of approval.
- It typically reaches your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer (occasionally up to 10).
- Refunds are made in the original currency of the charge (INR for India).
06What isn't refundable
The following are non-refundable:
- Started monthly cycles — once a billing month has begun. You keep access for the full month; cancel to stop the next one.
- Usage-based add-ons that have already been consumed (e.g. people-search reveals / unlock credits).
- Custom, one-off or professional-services work that has already been delivered.
07Failed & duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same subscription, charged after cancelling, or charged for a payment that failed to activate your plan, email info@craise.ai with the date and amount. We'll verify against our Razorpay records and refund any erroneous charge in full — these aren't subject to the 14-day window.
08Renewals & price changes
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle so your workspace never goes dark. We email a receipt on every charge. You can turn off renewal any time by cancelling (see section 03).
If we ever change pricing, we'll give you 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
